The process is simple – customers call Napleton Ford at 708-599-6000 to schedule an appointment and request an at-home or at-work pickup. On the day of service, customers will be informed of the name of the dealership employee who will be arriving for pickup, including a notification when they are on their way. In addition, they will receive updates via phone, text, or e-mail to keep them informed of the progress of their auto service. Their vehicle will be delivered back the same day or as soon as the service is complete.
