Over the past year and a half, I've been bringing my 2019 Ford Edge to Napleton Ford for maintenance after experiencing issues with the service department at Westfield Ford, where I originally purchased the vehicle.
During my most recent visit, my service advisor, Nikolas Aggelopoulos, was very helpful at check-in. He informed me that my battery was only operating at about 50% capacity and discovered that it had never been properly programmed when it was previously installed as a new battery, which likely affected its performance. He also let me know my oil change would take approximately two hours.
